Old Man-Child Complains Nobody Wants to Play Pretend Like He Does
Says amount of global participation in his game is 'pitiful'
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres like many world leaders enjoys playing a game called “Climate Change.” For those not familiar with this game, it’s similar to “The Floor is Lava” except instead of jumping on furniture because otherwise you’ll be burned alive, America must pay trillions of dollars for the same imaginary reason.
The only problem with “Climate Change” is that most people don’t want to play. Even most countries only pretend that they want to play so they don’t get bullied, but they don’t really give it their all and Guterres is big mad about it.
“We are hurtling towards disaster, eyes wide open -- with far too many willing to bet it all on wishful thinking, unproven technologies and silver bullet solutions. It's time to wake up and step up,” said the make believe General. I mean, Secretary-General. He was also quoted, as saying that the “collective response remains pitiful.”
Guterres especially dislikes the fossil fuel industry. He wants them off the playground permanently, unless drastic changes are made. "All of this action must be global. It must be immediate. And it must start with the polluted heart of the climate crisis: the fossil fuel industry," he said.
Things really got heated when, the General of Secretaries, I mean, Secretary-General stated that anyone not playing with him was “immoral.” This claim might’ve started an uproar, except, no one appeared to be paying attention.
