Another school shooter. 19 children dead. The police stand around while it’s happening. Again. Immediately, the leftist corporate media begins ranting about gun control. Democrat politician and confirmed douchebag Beto O’Rourke otherwise known as Robert Francis O’Rourke interrupts a press conference to scream at the Texas governor for political points.
It’s all sad. Every single bit of this is tragic. Especially, the cops doing nothing while the murderer is rampaging.

What’s even worse, is that the Left thinks that they can use this tragedy to convince us to change our minds on gun control. It’s not going to happen.
Why? Because we aren’t fools. We see what’s going on in our country and other countries. We watched what happen to the truckers in Ottawa. We saw what the police did to protestors in Australia. We’ve read about what happened to the Jews and other “deplorables” in Nazi Germany. We’ve seen the death tolls in the communist countries. We are seeing what our first responders do in these situations. Nothing. And then they take it a step further to make sure you can do nothing either.

We aren’t going to give up our guns because we aren’t going to give up our right to self preservation. And before they counter with their ever brilliant response of “all you care about are ‘muh rights’”, they are your rights too, you massive ignoramus. Whether you want them or not. We all have the right to preserve our lives whatever it takes and when the average citizen gives up that right the only ones who will have weapons are the criminals and the government, but I repeat myself.
We cannot rely on anyone but ourselves to defend the lives of our families and our neighbors. When you realize that and make it a part of who you are, you will become someone that people can depend on and when everybody does the same then our communities will be filled with reliable people who aren’t going to lay down their lives because some twit on the cnn told them they should. To quote Robert Heinlein “An armed society is a polite society.”
So my message to the left is this: Give it up. It’s not happening. Go away and don’t come back until you are ready to talk about something that might actually solve the problem.
